We transformed a vintage double decker into a state-of-the-art mobile kitchen and serving station.
Based in the beautiful South West of England, "On the Green Bus" was born from a passion for great food and the open road. We realised that festival catering needed a centrepiece—something that wasn't just a white tent, but a destination in itself.

The Conversion
The upper deck serves as a staff area/storage (or VIP seating depending on setup), while the lower deck houses our fully equipped commercial kitchen.
